A battery of international scope intelligence and personality tests , corresponding to different targets and situations: generic tests such as PAPI or 16PF suited to all profiles and specific tests like SOSIE (leadership qualities) or the IPV sales staff personality test (measures selling skills and more generally negotiating skills).

Knowledge tests (multiple choice) tailor-made by experts in the relevant area to screen applicants' technical knowledge.

Good facilities : areas for individual and collective testing and interviewing, audiovisual equipment for simulating filmed interviews, a “job center” (fax and internet access, daily press, directory of firms) set up for people on the career change program.
