Methodology:
  For IRH, skills assessment consists of personalized monitoring of the participant by a coach , for a given period of time (generally 5 x 2 hour sessions, over a period of one to two months). Skills assessment is based on a number of tools:
Introspective preparation by you (before and during the session),
Interviews with an IRH coach to go further into the approach and analysis.
Personality tests for better self-awareness
  NB: the role of the coach is not to:
prescribe ready-made solutions,
evaluate individuals objectively, once and for all,
find a job for individuals.
The facilitator provides support and expertise to help individuals gain better awareness of their skills and build up their project.

All our facilitators are carefully chosen using strict criteria:

They all have proven experience in running seminars;

They are all from university circles (psychology, sociology, teaching, etc.), or firms (jurists, HR Directors, journalists, etc.), with in-depth knowledge of people and business.

•  Our facilitators also have good knowledge of the national and international environment . Many have dual nationality, foreigners who have lived abroad or worked in multinationals; some have also already worked for Moroccan government departments.
