At IRH, we begin any training and skills development project by actively listening to your needs and expectations.
This stage, vital for properly matching training with your expectations and corporate culture involves a meeting with the different actors (HR Managers; future participants, etc.).
Training goals and content are refined by mutual agreement between the customer and IRH, with a “tailor-made” design of the pedagogical approach, which corresponds to your corporate culture and the features of your profession.
Throughout the process, our approach is intended to be systematically results-oriented, in particular through a rigorous assessment and monitoring system, so that participants completing seminars have developed and the effects of training are lasting.
